With the 2011 golf season (finally) upon us, the Helds took a trip to the driving range to get back in the swing of things. Mallory was all about it, and as you can see might have a bright future ahead for her on the LPGA tour.

Dress Up with the Donnelly's

Every so often Mallory gets together for a play date with Izzy and Emma Donnelly.

The girls get along very well, as the smiles all show.

The girls are all dressed up and ready to hit the town.

Pumpkin Patch - 2010

In what is becoming a family tradition, the family heads out to Baker National Golf Course to spend Steve's winnings for the year, then heads over to Scherer's Pumpkin Patch.

This year Mallory was prepared to haul the pumpkin(s) she planned to bring home.

"I declare thee Mallory's pumpkin."

How are we ever going to find the right one?

After much searching, Mallory and Mom pose with the two winners.

"Is anybody going to help me bring this thing back to the car?"

Apple Orchard 2010

Early October brought another trip out west to the apple orchard. Unfortunately a late spring frost took care of most of the apple crop. So we had to improvise a bit.

Luckily the raspberries were still in bloom, so we had some fun picking those.

And there were plenty of rows to run up and down to play hide and seek with dad.

And the shortage of apples left us more time to pose for photos.

Plymouth on Parade

Every September, the City of Plymouth (Money Magazine's #1 city in America, 2009) puts on a festival with a parade and plenty of fun and games for the kiddies.

This year we were actually in town for the festivities, and Mallory took full advantage. She dominated the big inflatible slide.

Then took her turn in the bouncy house.

The 20-30 minute wait didn't deter her from trying her hand on the pony rides, much to Dad's suprise.

It may not look like it, but she actually had a great time riding her pony "Beamer".

And when Mom showed up we even went back for a second turn!
