Michelin Baby

My arms have more rolls than a bakery...

Baptism

Mallory celebrated her baptism on May 17, 2008. In addition to her godparents, Jodie (Jamie's sister) and Brett (Steve's cousin), several other family members celebrated with us.

Jacque the Peacock

Mallory has learned to hold her toys by herself. Jacque is one of her favorites but the poor guy takes a beating...
anything in her grasp goes straight to the mouth.

The Office

Mallory isn't a big tv watcher, but the one show her and her dad make sure they see every week is The Office.

Here is Mallory's shirt with her dad's favorite line from the show (special thanks to Jen "Isolated" Schauer for the onesie).

Jim: Well, I don't think I'll be here in ten years.

Michael: That's what I said. That's what she said.

Jim: That's what who said?

Michael: I never know. I just say it. I say stuff like that, you know,to lighten the tension. When things sort of get hard.

Jim: That's what she said.

Michael: Hey! Nice. Really good. Bravo, my young ward.

Three Months

Mallory is now three months old and weighs 13 lbs.

Yoga Baby

Mallory and I have been partaking in Yoga Bonding. She's getting very into it...

She gets ready early, before her morning nap, and wears her favorite onesie and, yes, her leg warmers.

She enjoys a moment of silence before class begins.

And then it's all laughs and smiles during class.

Hard Day

Mallory was exhausted after a long day of playing ... it's rough being a little girl.

Fitness Orb

Our fitness orb has a new use these days...

bouncing to calm and soothe Mallory when she's fussy.

To quote Dwight K. Schrute: "It is a fitness orb and it has completely changed my life. Forget everything you thought you knew about ab workouts."

Catching a Smile

Mallory is very smiley these days but it's often difficult to catch on film. Here are a series of attempts...

Let's Walk

Mallory and I love when the weather cooperates so that we can get some fresh air. Here we are getting ready to head out.
