Uncle Brian

Mallory finally met U.B. She felt quite at home in his arms.

St. Patrick's Day

Mallory celebrated her first St. Patrick's Day: 3/17/2008.

She enjoyed the parade in St. Paul. . .

and hit a few pubs with Mom, Dad, and Uncle Kirk.

Mallory also made an appearance at the Flaherty house for the traditional rueben sandwiches. Look at those big Irish heads. There's definitely some Flaherty in her.

It's unclear who had a harder day - Dad or daughter.

Mall Walking

After a few laps around Ridgedale Mall on a cool Sunday afternoon, it finally hits Steve that he is a Dad.

Daddy & Me

The Aunts & Uncles

Jodie came home the weekend following Mallory's birth. After it sunk in that she was officially an aunt, Jodie decided she was ready to hold Mallory.

Jill and Erik came home the following weekend to see their niece. Erik was a natural and Jill followed suit. I think Erik's football-handling days gave him the edge.

All were missing is U.B. (Uncle Brian). Mallory wants to know when U.B. is coming to visit.
